All returns are made at the expense of the customer. IVV Hats and Bags returns the price paid - excluding our shipping costs - within 14 days.

This bag is available in orange and can be shipped in two working days. Shipping is free worldwide.Shipping within the Netherlands is free. For all other countries, please consult the list of shipping costs per country. 

If you would like to order the bag in a colour of your choice, the delivery time is three weeks and the item cannot be refunded because it is custom made. We can send you a sample of the materials so you can experience the texture of the material and be sure that the colour is your best choice.
