SHIPPING & RETURNS
For each order, we offer both standard and express delivery options within the Netherlands
and to more than 190 countries across the world. Note that the price of delivery varies
depending on the destination and the selected delivery method.
After the manufacturing period, your orders will be delivered within 2 working days for the
Netherlands, 4 to 6 days for Europe, and 5 to 10 days for destinations outside Europe.
Exceeding this deadline may in no case be held against IVV Hats and Bags , nor give rise to a
cancellation of the contract or any compensation for damages.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking
Couture hats and bags are made to measure and cannot be refunded. For these creations,
mention will be made of the non-possibility of exchange or refund.
You have the right to return the product delivered by IVV Hats and Bags within 14 days.
During this period, you must handle the product and its packing with utmost care. You will
only unpack or use the item as far is necessary to determine whether or not you want to
keep the product.
The articles can be returned within the cooling off period (the first 14 days) in their original
state and packing, along with the printed return form. When making a return or an exchange
for another product, you have to fill in the return form, which is enclosed with your original
package. You can easily follow the steps on this form to complete your return. Enclose this
form with your return package. Make sure you frank your parcel and receive a proof of
During the cooling off period the items should be returned unused. Returns that are
damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a
refund will be refused. Where provided, the packaging, such as boxes, should be included
with your return. You are responsible for payment of the related shipping costs.
When the products are unused and undamaged, and are returned in time and correctly, IVV
Hats and Bags returns the price paid - excluding shipping costs - within 14 days. You will
receive a refund for the returned products only. Customs duties are non-refundable. When
the products are not sent back within 14 days after you received them, the goods are
considered as accepted.
If you want to disband the agreement after you have purchased a product, you can do so
without giving a reason during 14 days. This period starts on the day the product is

You can also use this email address for other complaints. In the email, please provide full
details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your
full name, address and contact details. The complaints submitted will be answered within a
period of 7 days from the day of receipt. If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing
time, IVV Hats and Bags will answer within 7 days an acknowledgement and an indication
when you will receive a more detailed answer.
Every order is subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not
reserved and may be purchased in the meanwhile by other customers.
Delivery and Execution
The address that has been made known by you to IVV Hats and Bags is considered to be the
delivery place. When items have a longer delivery time or cannot be delivered at all, you will
be informed by email on the same day. In that case you have the right to terminate the
agreement without any further costs. In the event of termination IVV Hats and Bags will pay
back the amount that has been paid as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the
IVV Hats and Bags is not liable for delays of any kind that are caused by shipping parties. Nor
is IVV Hats and Bags liable for any kind of damage or loss by our shipping partner. In case of
loss or theft, you cannot claim a replacing article or a refund. IVV Hats and Bags is not liable
for any kinds of damage as a consequence of exceeding the announced delivery time.
IVV Hats and Bags does its utmost best and is very dedicated in the reception of goods and
executing the ordered products. Nevertheless, it can occur that some articles are not
delivered or are incomplete. When this is the case, you need to report this within 7 days. IVV
Hats and Bags will take care of the costs to complement the order or repeat the delivery.
Complaints, returns and exchanges
We do our utmost best to deliver your ordered item in perfect condition. IVV Hats and Bags
recommends inspecting the item thoroughly as soon as you receive it. If the product does
not meet up to your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us per email. IVV Hats
and Bags will do everything that is in her reach to solve the problem or complaint to your

All items you've purchased at IVV Hats and Bags will get legal guarantee. If you have received
an item which has been damaged or deteriorates after a short period of time, we will always
try to find a suitable solution. Please contact us, prior to returning your parcel, at info
@IVVhatsandbags.com. Enclose a photo of the problem as well as an invoice number to be
able to claim your guarantee. We willl try our very best to solve your complaint.
Article was delivered with a defect or incomplete
In case you have received a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered, please first
contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to info@IVVhatsandbags.com. Always
enclose a photo of the problem when sending an email. We would also like to receive your
invoice number. We will make sure that you can exchange your order without any costs. It is
not needed to start a return process in your account.
